Winters are around the corner. A warm & cozy drink is all that’s needed to warm the heart and soul. This drink recipe is for all the bitter chocolate lovers and those who can withstand having less sugar/sweetener/sweetness.
If you have a sweet tooth then without a doubt you can double the sugar quantity or add it as per your sweetness requirements. I prefer a bittersweet taste so this recipe is just perfect.
You may also cut down a scoop of cocoa to avoid that bitterness and if you ain’t a coffee lover, drop that too. Dropping a scoop of cocoa and coffee will balance the sweetness you desire without having to add in any extra sweetener.
It’s a super simple recipe, ready in minutes. The only hard work here is the whipping - You have to stir it crazy like a Pro - Until the mixture thickens. I am not adding any creamer so don’t expect it to fluff up like a Dalgona!
Oryt - So that’s enough talking about the delicious and soul-warming hot chocolate. It’s time to head straight to the recipe -
