This recipe comes handy when you have guests or when you wana treat a group of your own friends for breakfast. It’s like a one pot recipe. Gives the best flavors and the best part is you don’t have to be guilry about anything. It’s all good stuff in there. You just fed your & your family some real healthy food.

Easy Tomato, Potato & Egg Breakfast

 

Ingredients


  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 potato

  • 3-4 green chilies

  • Fresh coriander leaves

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp oil


Instructions-


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  2. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Now add the tomato, salt & pepper & fresh coriander leaves.

  4. Give it a stir.

  5. Crack the eggs one by one.

  6. Sprinkle chopped green chilies.

  7. Cover and cook for only a minute.

  8. Yummy & healthy egg breakfast is ready !
