Smoothies are not just simple juices, they are more like a brunch or half meal. Addition of the different fruits, seeds, liquids and nuts can be very healthy and fulfilling. High in proteins and fiber. Here’s one such easy, quick & delicious smoothie recipe. Give it a try once and hopefully you’ll want to make it again.
Some fresh fruits(mango), a few frozen fruits(banana), chia seeds, orange juice & milk is all we need ! Aren’t these all easily available in our homes.
MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE
Prep Time : 10 minutes Serves : 2 Author: Aaisha
Ingredients
1 cup fresh/frozen mango
1 1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 milk
Instructions
Put all the above ingredients in the juicer/blender and pulse. Serve cold and top with more fresh fruits if desired. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes-
You can freeze the banana a day before.
You can add sugar for more sweetness. I prefer the natural sweetness so I omit.
I suggest using fresh orange juice if you can make it and use the same, & if not , you can use the ready ones from the store. It’s totally fine.
