Jelly & Fruits! WoW! It's mouth-wateringly delicious. A favorite among kids. And biggies too. Once you try you'll want to make it every summer. It's fun and calming to play some colors in your food. & this is just one of them.
Choice of your colorful fruits and a cherry or strawberry jelly. Some agar-agar powder and we are good to go.
So, let's get to the making of this fruity jelly cake.
Jelly Fruit Cake

Ingredients
Agar Mix-
4 cups of water
1 tbsp agar-agar powder
1 cup of sugar
Fruits Chopped
2 kiwi
2 plums
A bowl of cherries
2 peaches
1 pomegranate
Jelly Layer
Cherry or Strawberry jelly
1/4 cup jello mix
1 cup remaining agar mix
Instructions
In a dish pour water and the agar-agar and mix until dissolved.
On the flame and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. When it reaches to boil put off the flame.
Pour some of the agar mixture in the molds. Now drop in the fruits in a colorful layer one on top of the other.
Pour more of the agar mix on the fruits, leaving at least 1 cup of the agar-agar mixture for preparing the jelly.
Put the agar-agar mixture back on the heat and add the jello powder.
Stir until dissolved. Take it off the heat once it reaches a boil.
Now gently pour a ladle of this jelly mixture on the agar mix until done.
Place it in the fridge to set for a good 6-8 hours or overnight for the best results.
Carefully take it out of the molds. Be gentle while doing so.
