Chicken Tikka Parda Biryani

Ingredients
For the chicken marinade
1kg chicken ( slit pieces )
3tbs full thick yogurt
3tbs fresh cream
1tbs ginger garlic paste
2tbs shan tandoor masala
1tbsp red chili
1tbsp paprika
1/2tbsp kasoori meethi
1tbsp garam masala
1tbsp finely crushed cumin
1tbsp finely crushed coriander
Salt to taste
2tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp butter or ghee
For the sauce
1/4 cup oil
1tbs ginger garlic paste
300g tomatoes finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 green chilies sliced
1/2 cup cream
Method
Marinade:- Mix together all the ingredients including the chicken and keep over night
Pre heat oven at 200 degrees C and bake the chicken. Keep chicken pieces on the oven grill and keep the tray underneath. Bake pieces on both sides until golden. Reserve its dripping.
In a large pan heat oil, Add ginger garlic paste, 1 green chili and fry for some time.
Add the chicken, remaining marinade, salt, green chili. Keep on low heat , cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cream and cook for further 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot
